again poor service

<p>Hi. So after I did the effort of phoning for a price on a 20lt urn & 30lt microwave I pitched up to buy the items I were told the urn is not in stock. apparently it were sold a month ago already. NOW THAT IS INFO I COULD HAVE USED A MONTH AGO! That is just the worst service ever. Not only did it waste my fuel but also my time.. </p>
