Advertising lines but no stock

I went to Checkers Liquor Shop in Moffet on Main on Friday 26 February and like always taking pamplet in front of store to see what's on special, so I saw they have special on Richelieu brandy for R109,99 then you receive a small bottle of brandy with! I asked security who was only person on floor where the special is, because I checked all front ends and back ends and I don't see this special! He went to cashier and asked where special is packed, her response was just there is no stock! How do this big retailer advertise lines and then they don't have stock!
