Advertised special prices! Not really!!!!

Without fail every single time that I shop at Checkers there is a problem at the till with advertised specials not being loaded on the system. Most annoying and frustrating. Since you must then wait for one of the assistants -who themselves are quite clueless and uninformed about the current specials - to go and find the item on the shop floor to determine the price, which takes forever since they often don't even know where the item is situated in the store. Then you must fill in all your details to obtain a refund for the overcharged items and wait for a manager to then authorise it. Often it's just simply not worth the wait and your time so I just let it go but yesterday I waited for a measly R28 to be refunded simply to make the point to them that it's not on. Have your house in order! Don't advertise special prices but then not actually put them on your system and get away with it since many customers simply do not even bother to check their till slips and so don't even realise that the prices they expected to pay are not what they actually paid!!! This has happened far too any times for me to keep quiet about it. Get your act together Checkers
