advertised goods not instore

On the catalogue, there was a special for bins hence I went to checkers in sunnyside to buy it, when I was at the till I was told that the bins that are on special were not delivered here therefore they could not allow me to buy the bin at the special price. This was not the first time this things happens. I'm really disappointed by their service. The is what I call poor marketing.
