Advertised @ the wrong price

On 05 October 2019 I went onto the intranet in search for a baby car seat and pram. On this day I have found a Car seat and pram on Checkers website with Checkers Mall of the North. I have taken pictures as well as this has been advertised as: Little Me Assorted Pram Jogger @ R12.99 and Little Me Group 0+ Carry Seat 0-13kg @ R12.99. YES - R12.99 each. I have sent an email directly to Shoprite Checkers requesting them to send this to Checkers Secunda mall where I am based. The Ref received on 05 October is 230692. A lady called me by the name of Nomalizo and requested me to watsapp the photos to ***. on the 8th of October when I called she said nothing has been received although I have received a read receipt on the above nr. She then provided another nr for the photos to be sent to which I have done. Nomalizo explained that she is trying to get stock for me on the 2 items as Mall of the North does not have, neither Secunda, however will come back to me. She di9d phone me back saying that Management has dicided not to provide me the 2 items as this was incorrectly advertised however will settle for a R300.00 Checkers voucher. I have phonbed Shoprite Checkers again today on 05/12/2019 @ 13:13 on nr ***with ref 230692 and spoke to Lukhalyo. Nomalizo phoned me back saying the voucher is at Checkers Secunda and I can fetch there. However what happens to the advertised products I wanted on that price?
