Admin Manager had a attitude about my complaint

On 7 November 2015 I did my usual Saturday shopping at Checkers, then proceeded to the Lotto counter as I do every single Saturday to play my Lotto. I was first in the queue at the Lotto machine. The ladies behind the counter kept assisting the customers behind me and flatly ignored me. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting, I enquired from the ladies who is working on the Lotto machine as I have still not been assisted? The response was \ You are in the wrong queue!"I responded that this is where we queue every Saturday"
