Accusations

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Checkers in Mall of Africa on [insert date].

I was wrongly accused of *****ing by staff, which was both humiliating and distressing. At no point did I take anything without paying, yet I was treated with suspicion and disrespect. The situation was handled very poorly, and I felt judged without any proper investigation or professionalism.

This experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly targeted while simply trying to shop. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

I hope management takes this matter seriously, addresses how staff handle such situations, and ensures that no other customer has to go through what I experienced.

I would appreciate a formal apology and clarification on how this incident will be handled moving forward.
