Good Afternoon Sir/Maam Trust that you are well.

I am a very dissatisfied customer, as yesterday one of your checkers sixty60 drivers knocked into my car as I was turning at the intersection of Republic road onto Malibongwe Drive. I had right of way and my car was already turning onto Malibongwe drive when your driver hit my left back door and bumper.

I got out to check the scene and the damages just before I could take any pictures and details. However very shortly there where more sixty60 bikes that did stop and the drivers where not polite. I did remain calm and polite and took the detail of the bike that hit me however it was extremely traumatic and when I spoke to the driver and told him I had right of way, he never responded as he knew he was in the wrong due to his speeding. He was conversing with the rest of the motorcycle drivers and stood aside during this period whereby they blantly blamed me and starting speaking in another language about me. This is so disrespectful, to intervene and ignore someone's side of the story. I realized it's futile arguing with them so I proceeded to the police station. It's extremely unprofessional that your drivers have no etiquette.

It's extremely pathetic that this is the treatment I had to experience on the side of the road as a young woman all by herself. No one asided me yet your drivers was rude to only side with your driver who was clearly in the wrong. I was traumatized and appalled by the behavior of how a group of men can just overthrow their weight because they were in a group. Is this the kind of behavior you promote in your company? My car is damaged, my door panel is bent outward and my back bumper is broken! The process in which the claim has been registered is just as appalling cause half the day has passed and I'm still waiting upon communication from checkers.

I will not be using your sixty60 services as this kind of behavior is disgusting.
