ACCEPTANCE OF ACCOUNT NUMBER

Good day.<br> it is convenient that one can buy their groceries and pay their bills / buy electricity at one store. but however one is disappointed that Cheekers Modimolle does not accept account numbers that r hand written or stored in a cellphone but only accept original account cards or old receipts.. I find it strange why they would reject my written meter numbers. it was sad that one was reject to purchase electricity coming all the way from the location to town. whereas the custodian of this being municipality does take whatever the client bring. writen or not. it's my duty to authenticate that what I hand to the cashier is correct. this rule by management is preposterous and hope it be revoked.
