Absolutely shocking service from Checkers

Shocking service from Checkers Wish I could select a 0 for service. I dropped off a faulty Nespresso machine at Checkers Pavilion over a month ago. Rep at the store said he would contact me the next day. Long story but a month later and multiple calls (not one received from them) I still have no answers. The machine has hardly been used because it burns the coffee At first they couldn't find said machine and tried to make out that I hadn't dropped it off but I took a pic of the rep and the coffee machine when I dropped it because they gave me no paperwork Now said machine is there but no one has logged the machine fault with Nespresso yet. The manager keeps promising to call me back but hasn't called once within the month All calls have been made by myself. Absolutely discusting service. I will never buy another thing from Checkers and I spend hundreds of thousands a year for my business They've lost a client
