Absolutely rude admin manager

My son app**** for a job a checkers cornubia and was called to come in on 13/09/2017 to sign his contract at checkers gateway. I accompanied my son because he has never taken a taxi alone at any stage or time in his life. When i arrived at checkers gateway with my son the admin manager mr chetty he saw us waiting at the door and made us wait my son was asked to bring his identity document and bank statement. When mr chetty eventually approached us my son was told the bank statement from the atm was not accepted. My son and i went up to the bank and it was closed due to relocation. My son and i came back to the store to notify mr chetty about the bank relocation he rep**** in a very sarcastic tone "ooohhhhhhhhhhhh" dragging his voice. Mr chetty then said that we could bring the statement the next day he calls my son into his office but then says that my sons needs a black pen my son says he doesn't have one and if mr chetty had one to lend him he then says" well go and buy one" i the mother then proceeded to buy a black pen i bought a black pen from your store and i was approaching mr chetty was walking infront of me. I handed the pen to my son mr chetty then arrogantly and rudely tells me while im standing on the sales floor near office area that i dont need to be there as i was not being employed. Mr chetty tells my son that he has to come on friday then my son asks what time must he be there he mr chetty then starts commenting on my sons casual chino pants and a black and white check formal shirt saying that my son was not supposed to use that and was supposed to use black and white formal clothes. (Nobody has mentioned his dress code when coming to hand in a document and where does it state that my son needs to dress in black and white formal wear to hand in a bank statement)mr chetty then proceeds screaming and shouting at the top of his voice saying my son is chewing gum and has an earing on( this was not an interview or neither was my son already employed or on duty) my son asks mr chetty if he could repeat what he mr chetty had told him over the phone regarding dress code.mr chetty then replies that " i dont repeat myself and im doing you a favor by giving you a job" he says this in a very rude and insensitive manner. He mr chetty then pulls the contract towards his body very violently and decides to walk and and say im very sorry " i dont need to employ you" my son was in shock so was i at what had transpired. I the mother began to beg and plead to mr chetty as he turned his back away from us and we felt humiliated and embarrassed and decided to walk out the store. And also to mention day of my sons interview when mr chetty called the new recruits into his office he saw my son and tells him loudly in front of the others" who called you"? Very rudely which my son only mentioned to me today after the experience we just encountered. I must emphasize the treatment that my son and i received today from mr chetty at checkers gateway was absolutely deplorable is this the calibre of management checkers have employed in the business? If mr chetty spoke to my son and i in the manner he did today how is he treating the rest of the staff and well as checkers customers? If mr chetty is the admin manager who is responsible for his till points as well i wonder whether checkers customers are leaving with a smile( very unlikely) with his attitude. On exiting checkers gateway one of checkers staff had just overheard our conversation with mr chetty and had mentioned to me that mr chetty is always rude and arrogant. Maybe i am wrong but i feel my son was treated in this manner because of his looks and having severe keiolds on his face. Im disgusted that this could happen over a black pen. Is this the code of ethics checkers managers embrace in their business?
