Absolutely pathetic store management and staff

Currently standing in a line for over an hour in this absolutely disgusting shop. Only 3 cashiers available on each side (Checkers - Weltevreden, Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain), the lines are running right around the entire ship because of poor management and planning for month end. This is the case every single month and managers in the store just don't seem to care. In other retail stores management will jump in and assist on the tills or where required. But not this store. Staff and management are absolutely useless. Don't let me start with the checkers 60 pickers that walk into and over customers without even a glance. This store should be audited for their service and quality levels. Pathetic
