ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! ! ! - Brookside Mall

I (being a prominent business owner) strive on having adequate staff with great attitudes to maintain my business at an optimum level.

I walked in at approximately 1 pm yesterday 16/10/2017 just to grab a few 2L cooldrinks for my employees. I was greeted by 6 till points who were highly inundated with queues. I looked to my right and I see a further 26 till points abandoned. That for me broke the straw . . .32 till points and here I am standing I a line.

My advice(take it or leave it because it's coming from a 28-year-old whos already a millionaire on my OWN accord) - You're running a hyperstore, how about staffing adequately? Don't be afraid to fill at least 15 counters every day because people want quick efficient service at till points. Whether it's a Monday or a Friday at month end....adequate STAFF who are happy will generate even more for your hyper store(That me or my wife will never shop at again).

Furthermore, the manager was nowhere to be seen!
