Absolutely disgusting service

I requested a price on a trampoline yesterday. The management team quoted me on a 3.5m with a net R 1799. They informed me we do not have in the store, but not to worry they will get for me. Today at 1pm I enquired what is going on? After numerous unsuccessful calls leading on until 5pm. I got this as an answer sorry we do not stock a 3.5m. It takes 4 hours to give a customer such a pathetic answer. I'm beyond annoyed...
