Absolute Poor Service

I am absolutely appalled by the fresh products i get from Checkers Thatchfield with Sixty60. Everytime i must request a credit as the products are of such poor quality or the products i receive is already past its sell by date. The hotdog rolls are atrocious....its so flat, u can hardly cut it open to use as a boerewors roll, the vetkoeke is so dry and days old....hardly any filling, the coleslaw and fresh cut pineapple is already brown and vrot.

After i emailed and spoke to a lady from Checkers Help Centre on the phone when lodging a complaint about it, they are of NO HELP because they wont credit me for all the "vrot" products i receive from this branch but only 1. Told me it takes 24-48hrs to receive it in my credit wallet but have not recieved the outstanding amount. And this is an ongoing problem with Checkers. This will be my last time I support Checkers if this is their standards.
