Able to buy goods even after the store has closed

I recently moved to the small town on the West Coast named Vredendal. In my time here i have experienced a lot of bad service from different service providers. i often felt that I needed to metaphorically fight with different service providers to give me good customer service, especially when it came to the retail industry. <br> <br> On Saturday 14th February at about 16: 56 I phoned Checkers at the Maskam Mall in Vredendal and inquired about their operating hours. The phone was answered by a Ms. Erasmus, who informed me that the shop will close at 17:00. I immediately realised that i will not make it and wanted to conclude the phone call. Ms Erasmus then asked me if there was anything i needed from the store and i mentioned to her that I wanted to get supper. without hesitation she mentioned to me that if i still want to come to the store I can come. I could not believe my ears and needed to just make sure if i heard correctly.<br> <br> I worked in retail for 6 years and i know closing time is closing time. only if you are inside will you be tolerated but not someone from outside. i applaud Ms. Erasmus for her good customer service and truly going the extra mile for the customer.
