A waste of time

I am extremely disappointed in the new store CHECKERS not able to accommodate customers with enough stock. On the 27/10/17 my 2 colleagues and I stood in a queue for over an hour to be told that there isn't stock. They also refused to give all the customers a rain check. I feel this this is unfair as some people were standing in front of the store since 6:00am the morning and the store only opens at 8:00am. If the sale is till Sunday 29/10/17 how can Checkers not accommodate customers with enough stock for even 2 days...This is pathetic and a waste of time.
