A Total Disapointment

Checkers Sixty60 - A Total Disappointment I recently ordered a bundle deal that included a chicken and 6 free bread rolls. What a joke! After wasting over 7 minutes on hold with both the call center and the MARGATE store, I was shockingly informed that I had to order the bundle items separately. This is absolutely ridiculous! As a loyal customer spending over 8K a month, I expected better. Their customer service is non-existent. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said "that's how it works." No effort to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience. I'm done with Checkers Sixty60. Deleting the app immediately and switching to Pick n Pay asap. They've lost a long-standing customer due to their incompetence and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this terrible service at all costs!
