A slab of sinew and gristle called RUMP

After buying what LOOKED like good Rump Steak from Checkers - NOT the cheapest cut of meat, it turned out to be a slab of sinew and gristle. so almost 2 KG of rump went to a bunch of happy dogs! I had to question if this was REAL meat or LAB created because it was pretty disgusting.
