A ****. Worst Service.

Never ordering from this app again.. I had the worst experience ever. We order things online because of the convenience it is supposed to have in our lives and yet this is something they clearly don't seem to understand.

My first order was cancelled (and still not refunded btw) because they couldn't get through to my phone - their reason was "no one was at home".. and yet no one knocked at my door.

The second time I ordered, the driver calls to confirm my apartments and when he arrives he calls and said he is at the parking lot with no intentions to come and deliver to my door. I had flu so I was very annoyed and he told me WE are the ones who are supposed to ask them to come to the door. That was the dumbest excuse I have heard because IF I wanted to go out and buy the meds myself at the store I would have done so!!!

What a **** app and even worse service.
