A real shock at Checkers Norkerm Mall

I have recently discovered that the Checkers situated in Norkem Mall Shopping Center has no regard for customer service. To change a pack of nappies to just one size bigger took the employees almost 30 min. It was close to there closing time, but i was there well before the time. After eventually sorting out the problem with an extremely rude assistant, i requested if i could go into the store and purchase one item. I was bluntly told that they are busy closing and i couldn't... her exact words were NO!<br> <br> The floor was so slippery (definitely not from just being washed) that myself and a couple of other shoppers almost slipped. There was an extremely bad smell in the air and nobody seemed to be trying to sort out any of the issues they are battling with. <br> <br> I would suggest that head office sends in alternative help to resolve these issues. <br> <br> Never the less, i will not be going back to that particular branch.
