A money market lady at Chckers Castle Gate just swore at me and said "GO TO HELL" on Me 🤦🏽

I had a most terrible service from Checkers Castle Gate in Pretoria. I was collecting money from money market and this lady who works there called Suprise jus sweared at. I was so disrespected when she told me to GO TO HELL. I asked nicely "can I have cashback" and she said she won't give me unless I say "can I PLEASE have cashback". Because I desperately need the cash I said so then after I advised her to be lenient with customers next time otherwise she will give a wrong image of checkers as a whole because of her. Same time she shouted at me and said GO TO HELL to me. Even her colleagues told her not to say that to customers but it seems like she's jus like that. I don't think she can be able to deal with clients maybe she should get a position where she interacts less with customers because from my side I don't see myself going to get service from checkers castle gate ever again. I'm so embarrassed as a customer. Apparently, everyone says that's how she is but it's not right.
