A little bit of kindness has gone a far way.

Today I had the friendliest, kindest, helpful humanitarian, going the extra mile experience at Checkers Hyper, Festival Mall, Kempton Park, I was hot, irritated and had the worst day ever but I knew what I wanted from the shop, so I had to go, one of the cashiers saw i was in distress and offered to walk with me to find the goods I needed finding that it was not there or out of stock she called the manager Albert, who assured me he would find the goods for me and as promised within 5 minutes he had collected what I needed from the warehouse, being so grateful i went to the fruit and veg department wow, the friendliest people I have ever met working there, assisted me once again with what I needed, I was even fanned down till I was cooled. I do not like shopping, I get anxious very easily, but Albert you and your staff, brought joy and made me forget about all they experience and made it all so easy for me, I pray that you will be blessed with more than just the kindness that you and your staff showed towards me today, a little kindness has absolutely gone a far way, I had a difficult day at the hospital prior to visiting your shop which you do not know, I was not feeling up to the trip, but you made it so much easier, not for one moment being irritated or agitated, i wish that more stores can come to learn from you how it should be done. Thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart.
