A hoax

In January, Checkers 60 App had a promo i.e. shop 4x and get 2x virgin active vouchers. Alas, we received none. I queried it and the lady advised on what to do. Only to still be told that we are not due for the vouchers. I queried it once more and the lady said to email. I did, the same day to which they responded to say they are escalating the query.

To date I have received NO Response and ... NO vouchers.

Is checkers now hoaxing us????
