A bunch of Theives
A bunch of theives with there 60 sixty app. You order, they take payment immediately and deliver only some items. Then you have to phone the call centre. And get someone that can't do anything and only escalate the problem. But me as the customer is left out of pocket and no product. They are steeling from the consumer and a plain "we apologize" and will escalate. "My manager is not available" This is shocking for such a big company. They just do as they please and inconvenience a customer and steel their product/money. Shocking Shocking service. They are a bunch of theives.

25 Nov 2023, 14:40Still waiting for a response from the so called management that is not present or available. But the money on my side was available and they took it. But the decide not to deliver. And still charge me. No money, no product, no service, no manager available. Management don't care or they are just ***********. Useless theives!!!!!!
