If I could I would rate minus 5. I ordered less than 10 items on their 60sixty app which is suppose to deliver your order in 60 minutes. It arrived 4 hours later... Note that I live less than a km away from this checkers, I ordered to skip the massive line outside the shop. When I called, I was asked to hold the line. A guy answers and asks me when he can expect his order which was late. They put me through to a customer!!!!!! Him and I had a good laugh about stupidity and then I tried calling 3 more times until someone answered, only to put me through to a line that kept ringing for 3 minutes which was too long for my patience. Apart from this incident the Checkers on Kloof Street Cape Town has the most unfriendly staff ever.
