60sixty app!!!!

This is against their 60sixty app. We ordered products on the app. They app takes extra 15% on the total. And what they say is, if they cant replace the product, they only take the total amount of the products that they deiver. Well, did not happen. I am fighting with them for more than 3 days to get my balance back! I am really dissapointed! This is nit how you do business especially in this time!!!
