60/60 running late, help desk attitude disgusting

Good day, I've been ordering from 60/60 for some time now. I absoloutely love 60/60 except today! I ordered some non alcoholic champaigne to take with to a party. I ordered just before 2pm and was waiting for my delivery until 15h00 to be advised then that it'll be 15h20. I phoned the help line spoke to a Shana Samuels, not a help line at all, there's nothing she can do, why then call it a help line, disgusting attitude, I'm devastated at the service from this woman, she said we are welcome to contact hello.peter, who would say that to a customer????
