6060 "not my problem" call center attitude

Checkers 6060, Watercrest mall. Very quick to take you money, however refuse to remedy complaints or mistakes. R109 Cake purchased on the 9th (best before12/11) outside was nice and fresh/soft, inside was moldy. Called 6060 rude call center person argued that it was not their problem nd they would not replace or refund unless I took it back to the store. This is by far not the first issue with old stock being delivered from this store, nor is it the first complaint, seems they purposely send old stock out and i suspect the dates are altered on said items. Don't bother trying to reason with them as they stick to the script. when you get frustrated they simply drop the call
