60/60? More like maybe, hopefully 60..but really it will be 3 hours

The 60/60 is actually not being adhered to. I placed an order at 12:13 and my eta was 13:30 but wait, it keeps changing and now it's 14:30. I called the client line and I'm told the store was not taking orders around 1pm. How was I supposed to know that the store is not taking orders at that time??? How about do what MrD does where the store that is not taking orders is offline and the clients can see???
