60 second not received and taken my money no service on helpline

I use 60 seconds every day today order didn't arrived I have phoned the help line 3 time my airtime my time according to my app my order was delivery around about 13h15 today meanwhile it did not arrive ..... they have take just on 1000 off my account it16h17 no one can help me they are useless the help line I am appalled to their attitude no one is prepared to help me
