60 minutes slot turned into 180 min slot

Order ***4A. Order places 10h30. Chose slot 12 h00 to 13h00. When check and called in at 13h00 as order not even busy shopping. I was advised my eta is 13h35. And that was 13h35 all along. At 13h40 I called in again. Then was told it was 13h52 all along . It's 13h52. No delivery. Please investigate your time lines. Is this what happened when you complain. Your order just get moved later. Please remove the slogan , we like to move fast for you. 60 minutes. I asked the call center to speak to his manager. After a few min 7 min to be exact Heinrich came online , also telling me my eta was from the word go 13h45 . Please listen to first recording ref *** , what the lady told me what is my eta , and that after i told her why was it changed. She aswell told me it cant change , same as heindrich , well i rest my case, as he confirmed another eta time. And Heinrich confirmed another time. Im sure with technology checkers can go look at my order timeline and how manybtimes the eta was changed. As per Heinrich s impossible to check this up . Conf with him Ref ***.recording, I requested a copy of both, now makes one wonder, how much of the recording will be altered.
