On 10 December, as part of our order, we ordered parmesan cheese @R399.50per kilo. They charged us R399 for the cheese which cost R107. We reported it via the app as suggested and phoned the store. We got an automated email reply and have heard nothing since. Please folk, check your invoice. Food is already expensive without these careless errors.
