4 x DISSAPPIONTED IN OFF MEAT!!!!

I bought off, disgusting meat (pork ribeye) from Checkers Cobble Walk, Durbanville on Friday morning (27th of Feb). It was vacuum sealed and the use by date was 02/03. Sat night we had a braai and as I opened the packet I could smell it was not 100%, but still put it on the braai at 20:00. When we sat down for Supper if was clear that the product was OFF.

Sun morning i took the cooked meat, packaging and receipt to Checkers- the manager came with a sad excuse and said that meat vacuum sealed smell different, but that 3 other clients also complaint and he refunded them. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Some regional Butcher manager was suppose to phone me yesterday, but I am still waiting.

In the same week, I took back and got refunded for Denny Mushroom Sausages that was sour (another supper that was spoiled and the family was left with only eating a salad).

3 times I have taking back off chicken and pork ribs as well.

Clearly there is a issue with quality control. I will take my complaint as far as I have to until I get a phone Call.

I am a Chef and have a cooking studio in Durbanville and will NEVER buy meat again at Checkers!!!
