Just a quick rant about Checkers Braamfisher drive branch. Today while shopping with my pensioner Father he was over charged on cheese that was on special. I checked the till slip and immediately realised this at the till. I informed the casher who stared at me blankly. Seeing that she had not been trained what to do in this situation I rushed back to the shelf to take a picture of the special price. Only when showing her this did she call a supervisor. The supervisor was not apologetic . we were informed to stand aside while they chatted with each other. Finally a book was shoved in front of me to fill in and a cash refund was issued. I posted on our Blairgowrie community group to advise others to always check slips . I noticed I am not the only one to post complaints of the same issue from the same store. Please train your staff to handle these situations better and for them to treat customers better. Times are tough. Every bit of money helps and if the community is being over charged we all suffer. Thank you
