21 DAYS TO RETURN MONEY THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US WITH

My parents bought groceries at checkers, worth R2000+ and was double charged by the cashier...after numerous calls to Checkers they now say it will take 21 days to return! This is absolutely unacceptable as it is a lot of money and wasn't even our fault. Every time they phone the story changes!
