2023 Chamionship Boerewors disappointment

As a long time fan of the Championship winning boerewors, I bought a large pack of the 2023 Chamionship winning boerewors from the Roodepoort Hyper. What a disappointment as the boerewors was terrible, being totally vbland and full of pieces of bone/gristle. It was inedible so I had to discard it. I'm not sure what went wrong here, a huge disappointment
