10% Voucher - What a disappointment!

Based on the 10% off voucher that I would get if I spent R750, I sent to Checkers Hyper Centurion and spent R129.99. I got my voucher on the till slip (*120*885****#). This is when the disappointment started. The USSD code would not work. I went to the store and spent a long time working with customer care. They logged call *** for me. I few days later a got an SMS ("Congrats on earning a 10% off voucher! Give code *** to the cashier to redeem, max voucher value R150. Valid 19-31 Oct '21. Ts&Cs. Valid at CHH." I went to Checkers Hyper Centurion this morning armed with my "voucher". I spent R2743.71 and wanted the cashier to apply my voucher. Only to be informed that the number did not work! Exasperated I went to customer care (Mickiey & Edwinah) and the whole show started again with calls to a help desk, etc. 30 min later they told me I have to send the USSD code again. This failed and they had little more to offer.

Checkers, I am a loyal customer and really expected better of you.
