1. Purchased 3 packs ostrich mince for my hound. 2. Got home to find mince rotten 3. Attempted to lodge complaint on their online complaint s form 4. After 9 attempts it refused to accept my complaint giving me a message that the fault lies with Checkers try again in 30 minutes. And in 30 minutes it's scrubs the form so you have to start from scratch, what a pleasure Checkers 😄 5. I opine that Checkers is not serious about handling complaints as there is zero info to email Checkers at any level save for their defective complaints form tagged on their 60 minutes app. 6. I have sent an email to 60 minutes requesting that complaint be forwarded to complaints. 7. Received automated response with ticket no but zero followup. 8. Checkets ...opening more and more stores with a low level of customer service...what can go wrong?
