0/60 not 60/60

I hardly get all my ordered products delivered due to no stock. I would like to change my checkers supplier but the app and Checkers says it cant be done. Today,I wanted to order a new heater but the shop the app chose for me don't stock electric heaters, so Im stuck in the cold. 60 /60 gets closer to 0/60.
