Ref *** Checkers Heidelberg Mall Gauteng not deliver groceries but shows on app delivered

Order on 60/60 app like always. On app ot showed delivered, but didn't receive anything. Had to call twice each time saying that they will call driver and look into it and give me a call. Still waiting for my order and call. This is unacceptable. You order food on app for your meal,them promising you delivery within 60 min,yet it's not done. They don't even call back,I had to call them twice on my cost,and problem still not resolved and still no food for my family as ordered. Unacceptable
