Checkers Canal Walk manager

Good day, On Monday I went to checkers Canal walk. When I got home I saw I took a bag which did not belong to me. Was probably the person who was before me. I took the bag with good the next day to the shop. I went to the Kiosk as I did not see a customer service sign. Told the guy the story and he went to the manager. Waited for about 5 minutes and the guy come back and say the manager say "thank you" The manager did not even take the time to come out and greet me. I put petrol in my car, my time and I paid for parking to drop off the bag cause obviously the person would've contacted the store. You couldve at least paid for my parking. You seriously lack customer service skills.
