Sixty 60 delivery or collect service
The sixty 60 deliveries are repeatedly delivered with no stickables. Every time, I am expected to drive to the store to go and collect them myself. Not sure what to say about this type of delivery & collect service...

Poor Customer attention and Service at Checkers Castle Gate 9Pretoria East)
I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Checkers Castle Gate, Pretoria East, when attempting to return a broken Samsung microwave oven. We went back to the store with the defective microwave and the till slip, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, the Front Admin Manager, Thapelo, refused to assist us properly. The first excuse given was that we did not have the original box. When we insisted that a faulty appliance with proof of purchase should still be attended to, we were then told that the microwave was somehow not appearing on the system after the slip was allegedly being checked. This experience was not only frustrating, but deeply concerning. It felt as though every effort was being made to avoid taking responsibility for a defective product. Even more troubling was the attitude we were met with. Thapelo was unfriendly, dismissive, and did not allow us any meaningful opportunity to escalate the matter. She behaved as though her word was final and unquestionable, which is not how customers should be treated. Checkers must take full responsibility for this matter by either refunding us in full or replacing the broken microwave with a new equivalent unit. I also call on Checkers senior management to investigate the conduct of the Front Admin Manager and address the unacceptable customer service displayed at this branch. A company of Checkers’ size and reputation should not allow customers to be treated in this manner. I trust that this complaint will reach the appropriate senior executives and that decisive corrective action will follow.
