Checkers Hyper Sandowne Parklands and Checkers Bayside unacceptable service and system errors

I went to Checkers in Bayside Mall in Tableview to do an exchange as the item was damaged a simple finer liner my daughter could not use because it was dried. I asked for an exchange for a new one. They say they can't exahnge as the Checkers hyper till slips dont pick up on their system. Now this is Checkers aswell how come you don't have a synconized system with checkers hyper this is my second ordeal where I buy something at Checkers Hyper and can't exchange at Checkers. They are one company they should have a system that accepts all receipts and items as they stock the 90% of same items . Only difference Checkers hyper is the large items and applicances. This is absolutely disgusting that this has now become the customers problem. Total outraged by this system issue
