The staff at the tellers are very unhelpful

The staff at the tellers are very unhelpful. There are tellers sitting at their tellers machines with a closed sign doing nothing. The tellers that are open are waiting for something and they are in no hurry to get the transaction they are busy with done. It is frustrating because it seems as if they do not really want to help you get your transaction done. All the time in the world. This is not a once off experience. Everytime I go there it is the same story. Please do not go there if you are in a hurry.
