Checkdate

Do not waste your money.

I purchase dated goods regularly from various suppliers. Late last year, my daughter placed a substantial order from CheckDate. Horrible disappointment, particularly since we needed to save money to begin with. Chocolates were whitened, crumbly and inedible. Soup powders were solidified and smelled rancid. Stock powder was definitely inedible. The only thing that we could get any use out of, was a facial product, that had a debatably odd consistency. Perhaps they have fresh stock, but the same items we bought are still being advertised. Some of the items are years beyond the recommended expiry date, unlike those offered by alternative suppliers. STAY AWAY! There are better options. Those who buy from these stores can ill afford to lose more money. (We did not approach the company for a refund, as buyers know the risk and we are in a remote area, making exchanges and returns difficult.) Facebook page is very active, but no comments from customers. Odd.
