Why redirected us to edreams. Worst experience ever and costly.

Cheap flights redirected me to edreams. I booked a flight from Cape Town to Joburg with you. All looked okay and had Reference number. Edreams did not book my flight with flysafair. Flysafair flight at 05:45, Had to check out of accommodation at 4am with my wife and kids still sleeping. Now I am stranded at Cape Town international Airport with my two young kids, cold and sleeping. I can't get another flight, all flysafair are full. Few available flights but I can't afford them way too much costly. The whole inconvenience is way too costly.
