Pour cheap flight service

I have tried getting untouched with the agents from cheap flights from the 11th of June as it is a urgent matter. We are supposed to be flying on the 27th it is now 13 days I have not received any feedback. My husband passed away as this is my emergency and they could not bother to phone me back.
