<p>On the 7 October tickets were booked, immediately after the card transaction went through there was a problem, I contacted globe travel and they agreed in writing via e mail that they would refund the money within 6 to 7 working days. Well they have now disappeared, can t contact them telephonically and they do not respond on e mail we are now on day 17. The biggest frustration is that they seem to have dissappeared, so I have lost the money and have no ticket. Oh and they charged an additional fee because I paid using a visa card of R1200.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to warn people not to use the cheapflights website to book flights as they forward you onto agencies that take your money and disappear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do Not use any site with globe travel or travel ****** </p> <p> </p> <p>Globe travel is the business that needs to refund my money</p>
