Cheapflights *******

I bought a ticket to Amsterdam through Cheapflights and knowing that my dates may change opted for a flexi ticket at approximately R20k. When I had to change my flying dates I had to contact CheckMyTrip and was informed that the price for the new tickets were around R18K. I said this was impossible as I had a flexi ticket. I Then went into Cheapflights booking portal and saw that I full ticket pricing for the same flights was R19310.00. I phoned back to confirm that there must be a mistake. The person I then spoke to quoted around R20k. Once again I explained the I had a flexi ticket, he checked, came back to ma and apologized that he had been mistaken and that the price difference was R1840.00. I thanked him. I was hugely suppressed when my credit card was debited for R18040.00. On contacting them again and asked for the matter to be escalated. to resolve the issue. Today Mr. Chinmay phoned me back to say that they had reviewed the recording and I was in the wrong. I then asked for a copy of the recording, which was denied. I then wanted to get into contact with the local Cheapflights agent, but there are no contact details on their web sight. What a ****** *******.
